Our reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can access the hotel at any time. Check-in to your room is available from 2:00 PM onward, while check-out must be completed by 11:30 AM. If you have different needs, contact us: we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
We are the only hotel in Desenzano’s historic center with private parking and a garage. The cost is €15 per day and is not included in the room rate. Parking cannot be booked in advance, but we’re almost always able to accommodate every request.
If availability runs out, we have an agreement with a multi-story car park 150 meters from the hotel, at the same price. To manage the available spaces efficiently, we ask you to leave your car keys at reception.
Our parking/garage is private but unattended.
Yes, we offer free luggage storage both on arrival and departure. You can leave your bags safely and enjoy Desenzano without worries before check-in or after check-out.
Of course, we arrange private transfers from all airports in the area (Verona, Bergamo, Milan) and from Desenzano train station. To book the service or receive more information, write to us at reception@parkhotelonline.it or contact us by phone.
The cashier service is available until 11:00 PM. If you need to make payments at different times, contact reception, who will assess how best to assist you.

Yes, breakfast is always included in the room rate. Every morning you’ll find a buffet with homemade bread and pastries, freshly selected products, and the chance to enjoy it all in our bright veranda overlooking the garden and the lake.
Yes, our restaurant Philò offers contemporary Italian cuisine with roots in the local area. It’s open every evening from 7:15 PM, except Sundays. The menu is à la carte, with fresh ingredients, and everything is prepared daily by our chefs.

The panoramic pool is open from June to October, with hours from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. It is not heated and is located on the fourth floor with a breathtaking view of the lake and the historic center. Towels are provided by the hotel.

Our hotel is located on the lakefront, just steps from Desenzano’s harbor, comfortably reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Perfect if you want to explore the lake by boat or take excursions to other towns on Lake Garda.
The hotel is easily reached from the station with a short taxi ride (about 5 minutes, approximate cost €15) or with a walk of about 15 minutes through Desenzano’s historic center.

We have four meeting rooms that can host from 6 up to 90 people, all equipped with full technology (Wi-Fi, video projectors, microphones, flip charts).
