Starting from Desenzano, the first stop will be Montecroce Oil mill. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil DOP. (DOP stands for: protected designation of origin)
Upon your arrival, you seem to have changed place, you will find yourself in a light court with olive trees on one side and a flowered balcony views of GardaLake on the other side.
The Oil mill has 50 years of business and serves the Lake Garda with its blend of pure oils. The cutting-edge technologies in pressing mixing accompanied by the passion of Egidio Ramanzini, the owner, make this product unique.

Calvino is a farm, recognized by the Lombardy region, which offers free tours of the mill and Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano departments of aging tour.
A wide variety of organic products are produced in Calvino farm: olive oil, jams, organic vegetables, jellies, mustard and more.

The last stop of this food&wine journey is one of the most famous wine cellar of Moniga: Costaripa.
Costaripa is a company located in the heart of the Valtenesi and is submerged by vineyards. In this village there is one of the most exclusive crops on the market: the wine metabolism.
Chiaretto and Rosé wines are typical of the Valtenesi area, but the particular biodynamic process of Marzemino and Groppello red grapes make two refined red wines exceptional.
